Daniel Stevens leads Ansonia’s acquisition and capital markets activities including sourcing, underwriting and financials structuring for all transactions. Since joining Ansonia in 2015, Mr. Stevens has been responsible for investments in more than 1,150 apartments valued at more than $300 million. He also plays an integral role overseeing asset management, investor relations and the implementation of new technologies used throughout Ansonia’s operations.

Mr. Stevens’ prior experience includes asset management, property operations and construction project management across market rate, mixed-income and affordable multi-family properties. He received his BA from the University of Colorado in Boulder and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and other industry trade groups.
